We want you to love your Auriessa jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Simply send an email to support@auriessa.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

We'll get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions on how to proceed.

Conditions

Refunds are available for items that are:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Significantly different from the product description
• Not what you ordered

Refund Options

Once your refund request is approved, you can choose between:

• Full refund to your original payment method (within 5–10 business days)
• Store credit to use on a future Auriessa order

Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Requests made after the 14-day window
• Earrings - for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded once the protective packaging has been opened
