How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the EU. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €5,00 applies.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your order, simply email us at support@auriessa.com with your order number and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened.
What material is your jewelry made of?
All Auriessa jewelry is made of 18K gold plated stainless steel. This means your jewelry is 100% waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and safe for sensitive skin - designed to be worn every day.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend the following: avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and cleaning products. Store your pieces separately in a soft pouch or box when not wearing them. You can clean your jewelry gently with a soft dry cloth.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and iDEAL. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
